If you place an order on Monday to Friday before 4 p.m., we will ship the package the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on the weekend will be shipped the next business day. In the Netherlands and Belgium you will receive the package within one working day. During busy periods you may receive the delivery after two working days.

Yes, international shipping is possible. For the exact amount of the shipping costs for international shipping, you can contact us via sales@terracottatcm.com.

If you are not at home when PostNL delivers, they will try to deliver the package to the neighbors. If this does not work either, you will receive a note that they will make another delivery attempt the next day. This letter also contains a not home code. With this code you can choose from options for the second delivery moment on the PostNL website or via the PostNL App. With this code you can choose to:

• Have the order delivered on a specific date
• Have the order delivered to a different delivery address
• Have the order delivered to a PostNL collection point

If PostNL fails to deliver the package twice, the package will be returned to Terracotta.
